Frank is an accomplished guitar player and composer. He was recently featured at the Guitar Under the Stars Festival in Hartford, CT in 2012. His work has been favorably reviewed in nationally renowned “Jazz Improv” Magazine and he has played and composed music for six published CD recordings including 2 Mystery Feet CD’s. The first one, entitled “Walk the Walk” includes performances with jazz guitar great Larry Coryell. Frank also had the opportunity to record with drummers Lenny White (Miles Davis, Chick Corea) and Joel Rosenblatt (SpyroGyra) on the latest release entitled “Upstream”.
Bob Laramie is the most sought after electric bassist in CT. He is known for his innovation and technical facility.
He has performed with legendary artists, jazz organist Jimmy McGriff, blues guitarist Matt Guitar Murphy (Blues Brothers), bluesman James Montgomery and R&B guitarist Murali Coryell. Bob has toured Europe with jazz trumpeter Laco Deczi.
In the New England area Bob has worked with CT-based horn group Street Temperature, premier guitarists Chris Tofield and Tony Lee, and the Zywacks.
Currently Bob is playing with young sensational guitarist Desiree.
Bob is also a talented luthier and has built many of his own basses and made custom guitars for other artists.
Rick has been on the music scene for over 30 years. He has performed in many diverse musical groups. His performances include such legends as James Montgomery, Matt Guitar Murphy (Blues Brothers), 70’s soul vocalist Joe Tex, jazz great Louis Belson. Rick has also performed with the Marvelettes, the Coasters, and the 5 Satins.
Rick also played extensively in the New England scene. Included in those groups are the premier Hartford horn band Street Temperature, contemporary pop group New Star, in which Rick toured Canada, Japan and Singapore. He played with the Floyd Patterson Band and won the best band award in the Valley Advocate. Other bands he has performed with include, the Zywacks and the Sallins-Marshall Project.
