Featured will be the Meeting House Poets, with the Piano-Bass Duo of David Sergio and Walter Mayo augmenting the poetry with jazz and American Songbook standards. Meeting House Poets is a Glastonbury-based group of Eastern Connecticut poetry writers and performers. Additional music will be provided by flutist Minta White. Books by members of the Meeting House Poets will be available for purchase and signing. The event is sponsored by the Free Poets Collective.
