We do not mail physical tickets. Names are held at the door.
You should receive a confirmation notice directly from Paypal. If you don’t, please let us know so we can confirm for you.
We will get an email notifying us of your purchase and we’ll hold your name at the door. We do not refund tickets after the date of the show. If you can’t make a scheduled show, let us know prior to that day, we will work with you.
Instructions for Check Payments:
- You may mail your check to PO Box 71, Middletown, CT 06457. We will to our best to call you when it arrives. Your reservation will be considered paid and guaranteed. Please be sure to put your phone number on your check and what show you will be attending.
- If you bring your check to the show please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to show time and have your phone # on the check.
We prefer that reservations are made in advance to facilitate seating arrangements and contactless, online payments. We will accept checks and credit cards and cash at the door. If you prefer to pay at the door, you may call to add your name to our Reservation List and your seats will be held until 15 minutes before showtime or longer at our discretion.
